Charles “Cork” Clark: Broker/Co-Owner

A third-generation Nevadan, Cork Clark grew up immersed in the unique lifestyle and landscape of Northern Nevada. An avid outdoorsman, he still enjoys skiing, hiking, boating at Lake Tahoe, and soaking up the region’s most unforgettable events—including the occasional trip to Burning Man.

After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno, Cork began his real estate career and has spent over 30 years learning, adapting, and growing with the industry. With a family background in real estate investing, contracting, and plumbing, Cork brings a well-rounded and highly practical perspective to every property and client he works with.

He’s also a proud dad to three amazing children: Kenia, Chaz, and Colby.
