AKA Cork, is a third generation Nevadan who enjoyed the rich variety of all that our area offered while growing up. Being an avid outdoorsman, he still enjoys skiing, boating at Tahoe, hiking, camping, quadding and occasionally attending Northern Nevada's most unique event, Burning Man. Upon graduating from the University of Nevada Reno, Cork moved into the field of real estate, where he has absorbed and evolved for over 30 years. Growing up within a family of real estate investors, contractors and plumbers, gives him a very diversified and astute understanding of what his clients expect. Cork has been married for over 20 years to Mari Hannifan-Clark, and together they have three children, Kenia, Chaz and Colby.

Rick is a third generation Nevadan, and has always appreciated the diversity that Reno has to offer. In particular, "The Great Outdoors"! It's not unusual to find Rick out camping, riding ATV's, fishing, hunting, skiing (water and snow), hiking, wine making, and traveling. Rick's involvement in Real Estate began when he was a kid, working summers on his father's Investments and in construction. Since that time his involvement has grown to include obtaining a General Contractor License, Real Estate License, Property Manager License, and Investor. Rick is currently raising his 9 year old daughter Ricky Lee, and enjoys a close relationship with his rather large family that also chose Reno as their home.

As the transaction coordinator, Jon is responsible for interacting with all team members to collect and configure all necessary documents and filings needed to successfully close the escrow on time.  Once a file has progressed to the stage of Transaction Coordination, Jon will ensure a trouble-free conclusion for all parties involved.

Fritzie has a diverse background having worked in customer service, personal banking and sales consulting for nearly 10 years, but it has been through real estate that she has found the most reward in helping people realize their dreams through home ownership. Fritzie has a passion for God and family, and a love for art and music.

Having purchased her first home in 2010 as a single mother of two, she realized how empowering this feeling was. It would then help her to realize that she can do anything she put her mind to! Now married and having sold her first home to buy her second in 2015 with her husband Brandon, she recognized through the process again, how important it is to have a real estate professional who takes a personal interest in their family’s happiness. This would make her the real estate agent she is today.

Seeing the growth of her parents Real Estate team over the last year, Kenzie decided to join her parents to expand the business and take it to new heights!

Kenzie was born and raised here in Reno Nevada.  She made Jon and Kristin grandparents this year with her first son Greyson who is the spitting image of her fiancé Josh Young. Together the family of three resides in the ever expanding Sparks NV and her Fiancé works for Tesla.
