We’re so glad you’re considering one of our rental properties! To keep things fair and efficient for everyone, we have a few important steps to follow. Don’t worry—we’re here to help if anything is confusing.

✅ What We Need From Each Adult (18+):

• Rental Application – Just fill it out completely—we’ll take it from there
  
• Photo ID – Driver’s license or state-issued ID
• Proof of Income:
  • 1 month of recent paycheck stubs
  • 1 month of bank statements
• Tenant Screening Form – Each applicant must sign, date, and initial
• Residential Verification Form – Just complete the top part; we’ll handle the rest
• Application Fee – $30 per adult, exact cash only
• Pet Photo – If you’re bringing a furry friend
  
  

💬 A Few Things to Know:

• We can’t accept incomplete applications—but if you’re stuck, we’re happy to walk you through it
• Once we receive everything, we’ll process your application within 2–3 business days
• Application fees are non-refundable once processing begins
• Have questions? Call us anytime—we want this to be smooth!

🏁 If You’re Approved:

• You’ll have 24 hours to pay your deposit and secure the property
  
• Move-in must happen within 10 days of approval—we’re not able to hold units longer than that

• Credit

Important: If you’ve had an eviction, unpaid rent, or rental-related collections, we won’t be able to move forward. If you’ve filed for bankruptcy, just let us know—we’ll talk it through with you.
